I have a non programmable one I used on my 40 breeder.  I wouldn't need a lot for it.

Stick with a shape that's actually usable too. Or, if you build something, make it long and skinny...eg a 48" long tank that's only 12" X 12" (I happen to have a whole bunch of these).

That is actually one of the routes I was thinking about going. Are yours drilled?

Hey guys and girls
I am getting back into the game with a nanocube but would like to upgrade when my house is done. The issue is I am building a home that is only 480 sqft and can't figure out how to set up a tank in it. I would like a custom build and am looking for space saving but impressive I know it will be a challenge. My idea right now is a stepped tank wider on top then thiner on the bottom to allow roof for equipment.

what kind of frags are you looking for?

what ever I am not really picky I would just give them away but i would like some more diversity in my tank.

My colors are about a 100% better than when i was running the t5s growth is also up i dont feed any so its not as fast as it could be but thats ok with me as i am short on space. lol I am sold on them and will never go back to any type of bulb set up.
